At AirAsia, we see ourselves as not so much an airline operator but more of a people company that happens to be in the airline business. Understanding people enables us to realize the true needs of discerning travellers and provide paramount services and products to deliver utmost satisfaction to our guests, each and every one with unique requisites and expectations. In our quest to turn into a digital airline, we will be making this possible through continuously bringing in digital technology to increase personalisation and channels available to guests.

Meet Faz Kamaruddin

Faz is the Group Head of Talent who focuses on strategically managing talent. She focuses on succession management, talent mapping and leadership development for top 1% of the house at Air Asia. She believes people development is important for the growth of an organisation. What she likes about working for Air Asia is the chance she gets to make a difference every single day. She says, Air Asia is a place where dreams happen!

Meet Allan Phang

Allan is part of the Regional Corporate Culture Team at Air Asia. He worked with many regional marketing teams across the board before coming into his current role. All staff members of Air Asia are called ‘all stars’, and it is part of his role to ensure all 20 000 members are aligned on one vision. Allan is a great believer in the Air Asia brand. He joined Air Asia because of the impact it had made in his life by making travelling accessible, and now he wants to be a part of that story that does the same for others!
