► Digital Transformation & Strategy - Singapore Government
Functional and UX strategy to successfully deploy a self-service portal for Singapore citizens, including designing the E2E omni-channel experience.

► Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Strategy - Large Multinational Oil & Gas Firm.
Defined the firm's direction for all content management platforms (post 2015). Also, created a reusable document management reference asset that eventually became an asset for Oil & Gas clients.
