 Function as Head of Product & Innovation / Head of IT involved in enhancing operational efficiency by integrating industry best practices/learning to day to day functioning of the organization.
 Set up organizational information security programs and render consultancy on various information security issues. Document and initiate information security policies and procedures across various departments within the organization.
 Spearhead team efforts in development & roll out of Property Management System, Website, App based on agile project management methodologies.
 Follow up with various support teams ensuring compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters across assigned project phases.
 Participate in internal and external information security risk assessment and audits followed by implementing recommended remedial measures.
 Set up policies related to process optimization, information security and business continuity aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
 Work on projects like Hotel Booking Platform for customers and Property Management System for Hotels 6 Hotels (Hotel NIDA), 2,650 Hotels (NIDA Rooms), Channel Manager Integration with OTA for hotelnida.com using Node JS, Mongo DB, Angular, Sendgrid, IP Config, Google API, JSON API amongst others.
 Diligently execute & setup training of CRM (Sales Now) for acquiring hotel database 7,000 hotels all over South East Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines).
 Provide valuable support to setup promo campaigns & platform for partnership with banks (CIMB, Maybank, Standard Chartered) & payment gateways (iPay88, Midtrans, EGHL).
 Setup photo contest campaign using wyng platform to collected customer photographs (14,000 over photos) which can be reused for the websites & apps, also which helped to get 123,000 followers for the social media pages.
 Involve in SEO, GTM Analytics setup & Affliate marketing.
 Efficiently assist to built various reports for each departments Finance, Revenue, Marketing, Operations & HQ Management.
 Initiate programs to evaluate security performance of vendors and business associates to align with organizational security parameters.
 Highlight information security & IT related issues with potential business impact to the appropriate department manager aimed at effective resolution.
