Eyad's experience cuts across the ambit of product management, business development and technology of multiple industries.
He has extensive experience with startups, coaching them in areas such as business development, fundraising, marketing, operations, governance and regional growth. He has been a core team member of corporate (or internal) startups in Malaysia. He has been involved in raising more than RM40 million for nonprofits, startups and internal startups. In 2014 he had an award-winning technical paper published twice (in Malaysia and Australia).
He is interested in positive and sustainable change through the intersection of business, technology, and culture. He is industry agnostic but is currently focused on fintech, eCommerce, and renewable energy.
He was able to indulge his passion for football as a guest-host on the radio for the Brazil 2014 World Cup.
Eyad recently became an accredited Angel Investor. He's based in Kuala Lumpur.
