I founded & own Gugusan Sasana Consultancy (a Business Psychology company) focusing on areas of Mindset Change, Interpersonal Capability Construct & Leadership Transformation.

Gugusan Sasana was incorporated Sept 2012 and it has been a very exciting journey for all of us in the team. Our strength and focus in the business is in Assessments where we help organizations to do Business Situational Assessments and Analysis; at the same time we assist organizations in Employee Personality and Competency Assessment, developing their employees by coaching them using a fundamental tool developed by business psychologist from Aston Business Assessment called Trait (Personality and Competency) Test. Our Principal Consultant (me actually) is one of the three Malaysia-based Consultant Partners of Aston Business Assessment focusing on ABA Trait Assessment usage around the Asia Pacific region.

At Gugusan Sasana, we specialize in developing customized psychometric assessments for businesses and have a strong academic foundation for developing organization's assessment instruments. Our academic links ensure that any products delivered incorporate the latest research, our breadth of commercial experience ensures our solutions are practical and relevant to daily business use!

Our team of associates has now grown to more than 70 strong assessors, coaches and trainers in a very short period of time. The range of clients has also increased; from small scale ventures, to government agencies and even large corporate businesses.

Our key success factor would have been our ability to assist organizations in closing the capability gap, experienced by many industries, through our specially designed programs; as well as implementing solutions for business transformation.

Our pool of Seasoned Subject Matter Experts drill the best out of the participants and impact their various knowledge garnered through several years of work and exposure.
