I am currently the founder of Hackative Labs, a growth hacking company where we dive deep into our client’s businesses to optimize, measure, redesign, and hack their pipelines for growth. My role in Hackative is B2B sales and design strategies from our library of tools. We prepare businesses for the technologies of the future and keep them relevant in today’s digital age from all facets.
Previously, I was co-founder and VR Producer for VRX Labs, where I grew it into one of the Virtual Reality pioneers in Malaysia. Prior to that, I was a Project Manager at Sarens, a Belgian heavylifting company servicing clients from the energy and oil & gas sector. I set up foundations for project sites, build business relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiate contracts and strategize job executions.

VRX Labs (M) Sdn Bhd is a full service virtual reality content development studio that offers professional grade 360° video content production as well as VR development for various platforms.
I conceptualized and developed VRX Labs into one of the first virtual reality companies in Malaysia. My role is mainly to create strategic collaborations in order to increase adoption of virtual reality into the market for both commercial and B2B applications. I am also involved in producing and directing 360 degree videography for commercial works.

I was part of the pioneer team in market re-entry for Sarens in Malaysia, and was tasked to increase brand visibility in the industry. I also played the main role to support the acting Country Manager in getting up to speed with the business setup.

I managed and maintained client relations with major shipyards in Malaysia, as well as oversaw engineering implementation operations and project management. Being an all-rounder from sales to project execution helped me grow an entrepreneurial ownership of the business.
