Ning-Jia is a consultant with the Human Capital Practice of Deloitte SEA Consulting. He has experience in Agile Future of Work and Organisation Design through Agile values, mindset, structures and processes. He is also a Scrum Master and is able to coach teams to self-manage themselves efficiently. Previously, Ning-Jia was specialised in system implementation Change Management, managing change in several projects under a program to ensure stakeholder alignment, communication consistency and high engagement levels.
Ning-Jia has shown T-shaped functional skills, being able to apply knowledge in wide areas of expertise like digitisation and strategy, while having the depth of specilisation in Human Capital. Ning-Jia's soft skills include proactiveness, resourcefulness and building trust.
Graduated with Masters in Human Resource Management and a Double Degree in Psychology and Finance, Ning-Jia is interested in Future of Work, Leadership, Agile, Digitalisation, and Culture.
