Hi there! Let me introduce myself.

Ex-Human Capital Manager and management consultant turned entrepreneur. I help business to excel, transform the system, train the people and extract value from within in applying the disruptive innovation strategy. I focused my time on learning, hanging around with people who were uplifting and willing to share their knowledge and experience, and giving 118% effort to every opportunity that came my way. I spent over 24 years of corporate experience in the various fields such as finance, human resource, quality and education for both local and multinational Companies in various industries such as banking, oil and gas, education and aviation. I started my first construction business anyway and later venture into fish business, both failed. Along the ways, I faced a lot of difficulties, unemployed, losing money in stocks market, failed many times but learned from those failures to gain great experienced and strength in life to move forward to a better future. It never in my mind to explore the training opportunities and speaking for a corporate but those were the things I did those years. If you are interested in starting your own company, how to bounce back or getting to management consulting I will be happy to share my experience with you.
