As Technical Lead, my role includes the coding of FutureLab.my, managing the application's git, git merges, conflict handling & overall structure of the application.

Being the Fullstack Developer in the company, I primarily use Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, SASS, Javascript, Jquery & PostgreSQL languages at FutureLab.

Joining FutureLab from the start, I have helped developed an application that has successfully acquired multiple rounds of funding.

Various other responsibilities are:
Utilizing Sentry for bug reports and bug management.
Utilizing CircleCI for continuous integration & running concurrent rspec tests.
Monitoring New Relic for site performance.
Code Climate for monitoring technical debt.
Architecturing the codebase using Lucid Charts & other documentation resources.
Regularly maintaining AWS Elastic Beanstalk instances to ensure site health.
Managing my team of coders and establishing tasks for weekly sprints.
Teaching & guiding the junior coders & interns.
Writing Rspec tests for bug prevention.
Coding APIs & writing documentation for the integration of FutureLab services on client's applications.
Discussions with other department leads to establish timeline, goals, milestones & options when regarding tech.
Managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Tracking user engagement & conversion rates using Mixpanel, Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel.
Crazy Egg implementation for user interaction heatmap tracking on the site.
