ACHIEVEMENTS & PROJECTS:
*Six Sigma Green Belt Project Lead:
Resolved critical quality issues for the Component Test System Division by lead a team of product engineers and supplier and conducted a comprehensive root cause analysis then come out with effective solutions. We achieved avoidance cost up to $3,000,760 in Six Sigma Green Belt project.
*Supplier Quality Improvement Project:
Led Suppliers Quality Improvement Program for the several international suppliers and achieved 0% defect yield of their incoming parts after 6 months of the project and avoided revenue impact up to $5,000,000 on Q2 FY14.
*Led several projects such as EOL Part Sourcing Project and Cost Saving Project with a team of engineers from various divisions to assure production sustainability and cost reduction for the incoming materials.
*Presented the technical paper in Keysight Technical Forum 2014 and received award from the top management.
*Led, host and be the Master of Ceremonies (MC) in the Materials Engineering Forum Q2 2015 event that involved hundreds of engineers as audiences, and received excellent feedback from the management
