Building and mentoring the core People - HR team and setting up the fundamental people processes at Mindvalley;
• Designing the career growth model, competency based development, developing roles' levels and building a fair system of career growth, compensation and assessment;
• Working closely with the team leaders and leadership team to identify the talent needs of the organisation, active sourcing and hiring, scouting for recruitment partners;
• Designing quarterly people reports and providing analysis of key people trends in the organisation;
• Mentoring and training the team leaders and line managers in the key people processes;
• Acting as mediator when conflicts in the team arise and following the culture or performance issues procedures;
• Scouting for outsourcing vendors and setting up all outsourced processes from scratch for payroll, employment legality, taxes for expats, relocation, immigration and other HR operations;
• Designing the people processes, which help Mindvalley to move towards becoming a "teal" organisation, where we are practicing self-management, high level of trust, maturity and company's growth.
