1) Responsibility for amplifying the brand and take the full ownership of brand image & identity.
2) Developing the clear brand communications & commercial strategy in long run.
3) Create the whole budget plan for branding, marketing & commercial.
4) Lead the relationship with the brand & marketing agency, delivering the annual programme, setting clear KPIs, monitoring and delivering the expected results.
5) To develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on existing/new product areas and emerging markets.
6) To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.
7) Manage and grow the branding & communication team, marketing team and commercial team.
We have worked very closely with IVIS Group and GS1 Global in developing our key project Global Halal Data Pool under government national initiatives.
