-Activated the 112-year old building as a community centre for arts, heritage and culture through space improvements, SOPs and programmes in the heart of George Town, Penang and trained a space manager to takeover building management.
-Pioneered a venue booking system that increased bookings by 13 folds, and propelled social media following by 91% within a year with an average reach of 24k netizens per month.
-Developed partnership with local and international organizations, engaged with local traditional and contemporary artisans that brought a total of 158 arts, heritage and culture related events with 7006 visitors within a year.
-Developed and managed the Artisan Market programme that supported more than 20 local artisans and engaged 1265 people through monthly workshops and experiential markets to increase accessibility and interest of the community towards Penang’s sunset crafts.
