What are the most important skills or characteristics needed to succeed in the employment world?

Hi, I have a business idea in digital marketing but I don't really know how to execute it. I did search at Youtube and other platforms just to find a right direction for me to start but everything doesn't seems to work out in the way I want. I guess find a mentor is the best idea right now. Anyone can help me ?
