The future is uncertain and disruption threatens every industry. My career interest is to help organisations understand the need for change and undertake efforts to help steer it well into the future.
I use research and evaluation tools to understand and predict, while adopting social innovation models to mitigate and address the changes both now and in the horizon. I'm also an advocate and proponent for the social enterprise model, as a powerful change agent for a better society overall.

I've conducted workshops and given talks regionally on research and evaluation in the museum space, social innovation, and STEM education. I'm also on a few Industry Advisory Boards for universities, a listed mentor for incubator and accelerator programmes under the Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre, and am often on judging or review panels for events themed around STEM and innovation.
