The impact I want to make
Quality of fresh hires have always been a crucial factor in a lot of interview rejection, and quality is being assessed from the aspect of soft skills, technicalities, behavior and READINESS of the interviewee. In fact, due to limited mentoring & coaching, and the limited truth sharing of "our company is ok with everything", that renders the failure of fresh hires in an interview, including high flyers. Coaching & mentoring what they need to be anticipating about, is key to leading them to become more industrial-ready with the right confidence level. And that's what I always do.
