I am currently working on new ventures within HR tech. My current interest is on improving employability and retention of remote technical talents in SEA. I specialize in rapid prototyping and go-to-market experimentation, preferring to let data and analytics drive decision making. On experience, I have previously consulted for MaGIC, the Global entrepreneurship community, OYO Rooms, Foodpanda, Tan Chong Group, and have worked with venture funds (Nova Founders Capital & Rocket Internet) on their project incubation. I enjoy travelling and seeing how other people live, work and play. I am passionate about politics, social economics, and entrepreneurship and in the long term, aspires to become an investor in the social enterprise / impact investment space
