Andrew is a Certified Professional Coach, certified by the international coaching federation - accredited coach training program (ICF-ACTP). He is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (Psychology) from University of Sydney. He has past experiences in managing & building a furniture export company that caters to the international commercial & hospitality industry. In his coaching programs for leaders, managers, and students - he works with people to discover their most empowering selves and works with them to tap on their most empowering mindset to unleash their potential in life, studies, and career. He also supports organisations' growth plans by facilitating strategic planning meetings in order to discover it's limitations from scaling up to the next level, and equipping leaders with the mindsets needed on a scaling up journey.
