I am a solution provider. Started off and am continuing to provide instrument, controls and automation solutions through the companies I am with. I specialize in industrial sectors especially in Energy, Water, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical. I consider any improvement as innovation. Such innovation requires careful design consideration from concept, production, manufacturing, usage and budget. Over my working years I have noticed the gap between industry and academic a bigger challenge for seamless integration of employees into an organization. This observation has turned into my vision: BIA (Bridge Industries & Academia). Mission statement: Knowledge gained; if un-shared is vain. When people with shared or similar visions work together it shapes better future. For BIA to happen we need better prepared / equipped younger generation to enter into workforce. On my part over the past few years I began to mentor, tutor students to work on this vision. I find that being a mentor at Future Lab is an avenue to broaden the reach.
