I’m Brian Tan, Founder and CEO of FutureLab.my. I started FutureLab to help people gain access to industry mentors who can guide them through important career and business decisions. Before building FutureLab, I worked as a management consultant at Accenture and Ethos & Company on digital strategy and transformation projects. Today, I work with organizations across Southeast Asia to design mentoring programs that support leadership development, entrepreneurship, and career growth. Through mentoring, I enjoy helping people think through career direction, building startups, and navigating the early stages of leadership

Happy to help any aspiring entrepreneurs and early stage founders through their startup journey. I have been luckily to have a network of mentors that has guided me along the FutureLab journey and I would like to pay it back into the community.
