The impact I want to make
I have been privileged to be both a mentee and a mentor in my working experience and it has helped shaped my career and even in my life. I hope to be able to help future leaders or talents in their journey. The intention is to allow the mentee to share their challenges or ask questions on managing their careers, development opportunities, work place scenarios and other areas to provide them the support and confidence in their journeys. My career experience has also spanned across different industries from financial institutions, FMCG, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure so I would be happy to cover if the mentee may want to understand about the industry or anything that involves change management and if they looking to try new things.
