Clevelyn is a people person that has her utmost passion in training and developing people in various fields such as management consulting, banking, retail fashion, and e-commerce. She is a graduate from University of Indonesia batch 2011, and also has certification in HR professional from Atmajaya University. Other than training and development, she is also passionate in social activities, inclusive of education, women empowerment, health-related issues, and gender equality. As Lead Recruiter of GCL, she’s responsible in creating an end to end recruitment strategy to acquire participants for Girls Can Lead Leadership Camp. She also serves as a trainer for the Public Speaking and Leadership session. Currently, she also holds position as Learning and Development at JD.ID with the aim to create and nurture learning environment, ensure the engaged and satisfied employee, and other strategic initiatives to develop the employees.
