Throughout my career, I have worked with renowned institutions across the UK, Australia, India, and New Zealand, specializing in academic development, curriculum design, and educational start-ups. As a founding leader of NAZA College of Technology & Business, I played a pivotal role in establishing the institution and aligning its vision with industry needs. Currently, I serve as the CEO of Agensi Pekerjaan Smartify Technologies Sdn Bhd, overseeing JobMap360, an innovative job platform app revolutionizing talent acquisition and job-seeking experiences. Simultaneously, as the Managing Director of Global Magnetic Sdn Bhd, I lead education and training initiatives while providing business consultancy services.
