Erikson Marbun
Facilitator · Trainer, Facilitator and Motivational Speaker
I have developed good communicating skills and have proven to easily understand the strategies and thought processes of the people I work with. Nevertheless this adaptive skill does not cause me to lose my personal views and opinions, and I have shown that I can work independently. I am a dynamic person with a strong record of achievement, combining skills in various areas of organizational development, group/staff leadership, program development, project management, building partnerships and community relations. There is no "problem word' in my dictionary, it is only challenge and challenge need to be responded and how to respond it.
The impact I want to make
Through mentoring, I want to help develop a generation of leaders who can transform ideas into real social and environmental impact. Many passionate individuals have strong motivation but limited access to guidance, networks, and practical strategies to navigate complex challenges. By sharing my experience in community organizing, sustainability initiatives, and project development, I hope to help mentees build confidence, think strategically, and design solutions that are relevant to their local contexts. I focus on helping mentees move from ideas to implementation through practical planning, collaboration, and critical thinking. Ultimately, I hope mentoring creates a multiplier effect: individuals who grow into capable leaders and changemakers, strengthening communities, advancing sustainability efforts, and empowering others to contribute to positive change.
