I am also a risk-taker, always ready for challenges and believe that continuous learning is essential to sharpen my leadership qualities.
The impact I want to make
I was mentored by one of my Supervisor in the past and I was groomed to be a leader in my position by him. The sharing of knowledge, skills and experience inspired me to lead and mentor others. I find great satisfaction when my sharing of knowledge and experience benefits others and challenge them to be better version of themselves. I wish to develop and guide mentees to meet the qualifications and competencies required by the industry; also to achieve success, increase and promotion in their career.
