Janice is currently the Senior Manager of the Career Development Office at the Asia School of Business (ASB). Prior to joining ASB, Janice was a Human Capital Management Consultant at Deloitte. Her time in this role allowed her to work closely with top-tier organizations and senior management, providing strategic insights and implementing solutions to solve complex human capital challenges. Prior to joining Deloitte, Janice was a Human Resources Specialist at a multinational beauty company based in Hong Kong. She has led Global HR strategic projects, including change management initiatives, training & development, and talent review processes. Janice was also a former practicing lawyer at one of the largest multi-practice law firms in Malaysia Janice holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Bar Professional Training Course) from City, University of London, as well as a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Cardiff University.
