Known for his passion and track record for developing transformation, talents and potential in people. Jason has been an Experiential Transformation Coach, Trainer and Speaker since 2019. Successfully enabling over 11,000 professionals and leaders till today, working with various organizations, companies and individuals through trainings, simulations and coaching globally and nation-wide. Some past works focuses primarily on Management Trainee Programmes, Leadership Development Programmes, Talent Programmes and Company Wide engagement & enabling sessions. Regardless of industries, works and levels he curates each programme carefully to the practical context needed for the participants. Jason’s training and coaching style is highly engaging and impactful as he blends experiential learning (game-based-learning) and contextual coaching with the practical content given. He and his team delivers and curates customizable programmes for clients such as Berjaya Sompo, GPL Group, Averis, Telekom Malaysia, EON Berhad and many more. Being a frequent coach and trainer of young professionals and leaders he has been awarded the SAY Leadership Award - Entrepreneurship by Raja Muda Selangor and the Top 10 Youth Award, Monsta Awards Asia. Besides that he is also the appointed Microsoft Malaysia Impact Partner to enable communities all over Malaysia towards sustainable transformation. He is also one of the Transformation Coach for the 50 Keluarga Sihat Programme by Maria Chin Abdullah Initiatives Jason’s strength in Experiential Learning (Game-based-learning) and Transformation (practical context coaching): participants, leaders and clients are expected to experience sustainable transformation towards their personal and professional growth through process driven learning approach, experiential practices and practical context coaching. Jason being an entrepreneurship graduate himself also have the experience in entrepreneurship and startup creating impactful learning & development experiences for companies and young professionals.
