The impact I want to make

I would like to help inspired youths in entering their relevant job markets and acquire strong footing. Build their focus and willpower to trust the process and focus on self-development to become the very best they can possibly be while tapping into their natural occurring talents instead of keeping them dormant. I would love to have had a mentor such as this when I first started, but I was lucky enough to meet several as I picked up years in my career. I definitely would want to pay it forward. It's definitely time.
