The impact I want to make is to provide clarity. Many people are capable, motivated, and hardworking, but they are stuck because they lack a clear way to think about their next step. I want to help reduce that noise. With my mentees, my goal is not just to help them “get into” a role, but to help them understand whether a path truly fits them, and what it takes to succeed in it. That includes being honest about trade-offs, expectations, and realities, especially for roles like Product Management that are often misunderstood. I want my mentees to walk away with stronger thinking. The ability to frame problems, articulate impact, and make decisions with confidence rather than imitation. If they leave more grounded in their own strengths and clearer about how to apply them, that is a meaningful impact to me.
