The impact I want to make
I commonly mentor young individuals that are transitioning in their careers, startups (accelerator or pre-seed) stage, students finding their career path, or leaders that are looking to improve their leadership or people skills. I guess as a mentor to measure “success”, I will always manage expectations at the start on what I can offer (to not over promise) but also to seek feedback from my mentees. I always practice respecting every mentee’s values and personality because mentorship should help them be closer to their goals. It is not for me to “coerce” them into doing what I think they should do.
