I have 20 years of portfolio and brand management experience at both local and regional levels. My industry experience includes FMCG, tech, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, OTC healthcare and retail. The companies I've worked with include P&G, Carlsberg, Meta (Facebook) and Reckitt, amongst others. I’ve reported to countless bosses from different cultures and countries, directly managed more than 30 people in my career and worked in local SMEs and global MNCs. Have also had the amazing opportunity of working in different industries and markets across Southeast Asia and Japan. Happy to provide coaching and mentoring to anyone with regards to their careers!
The impact I want to make
I have 20 years of corporate experience, working in both local SMEs and global MNCs. I have been providing pro bono coaching and mentoring with regards to their career, via LinkedIn for the past 4 months and would like to expand my efforts by reaching more people via FutureLab. I have done >50 pro bono hours so far. I believe in investing in the next generation and helping others navigate the corporate jungle. I would like to create a safe space for others to discuss their challenges with me and hopefully they will gain a fresh perspective in doing so.
