Murphy Lum
Chief Executive Coach · People Coaching Works SB
Hey there! I'm on a mission to help people break free from their personal and professional challenges and find their path to light. Having accumulated over 20 years of life lessons in guiding others, it's what I do best. My passion? It's all about exploring, learning, applying and constantly evolving. Every twist and turn in my business and life journey has shaped who I am today, and I'm proud of every moment. Personally, I'm friendly, upbeat and optimistic; always up for a deep chat, and love diving into life headfirst. Let's connect – you'll see what I mean! Professionally, I thrive on pushing boundaries and achieving real, tangible results. Whether it's challenging old mindsets or outdated habits, I'm all about breaking limits, exploring uncharted waters and achieving greatness together. Let's embark on this meaningful journey – together we can conquer anything!
The impact I want to make
To inculcate the habit of “see further, see wider, see deeper, and see within” so that mentees can become the best versions of themselves sooner rather than later. Every one of us have our own unique life journeys. The choices - our own or imposed upon us by others - are the cause, while the corresponding experiences are the effects. One thing is for sure. The journey is filled with obstacles, hidden surprises, traps as well as opportunities and rewards. I have experienced ALL of the above in my own life journey and I’m glad to have mentors who readily offered support in my darkest days. They guided me as I rebuilt my life. They congratulated me when I have the smallest achievements; and inspired me to keep building myself to become the best version of ME! Now that I’m the person I want to become, I want to do the same for others. Let’s join hands and hearts to build a more supportive and inclusive community of the person we want to become.
