The impact I want to make
Mentoring is a unique opportunity to step outside my normal social circle to gain an intimate understanding of how the world looks through someone else's eyes. Mentoring enables me to direct and support my mentee to achieve their goals, which can be life-changing for them, and for me, is incredibly rewarding.
