Hi everyone, I’m Rita 😊 I’m someone who’s spent many years inside big organisations, complex systems, leadership roles and then stepped away to reconnect with myself, my rhythm, and what truly matters. Along the way, I learned that success means very little if we lose our voice, our energy, or our sense of self. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life and career with honesty, courage, and self-awareness especially learning how to listen to our inner signals, set better boundaries, and grow without burning out. I love deep conversations, good questions, and finding clarity in messy moments. Looking forward to walking this journey together.
The impact I want to make
Through mentoring, I want to help individuals reconnect with themselves while navigating life and career with clarity and authenticity. Many high-potential people aren’t lacking capability, they’re carrying suppressed emotions, internalised pressure, and unspoken self-doubt that slowly leads to burnout or self-betrayal. I aim to create a safe, honest space where mentees can build self-awareness, regulate their responses to triggers, and use emotional intelligence as a strength rather than a burden. This includes learning how to express emotions constructively, make aligned decisions under pressure, and move forward without losing themselves in the process. My focus is not perfection or performance, but helping people develop resilience, presence, and trust in their own inner compass so their growth is sustainable, grounded, and true to who they are.
