The impact I want to create through mentoring is to help shape a generation of young people who are not only skilled and ambitious, but also grounded, confident, and intentional about the lives they choose to build. I believe mentoring is not just about transferring knowledge or giving advice — it is about unlocking potential, expanding belief systems, and helping young people see possibilities for themselves that they may not yet be able to imagine. Today’s youth are growing up in a world that is more connected, fast-moving, and competitive than ever before. At the same time, many feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and pressured to follow predefined paths of “success” without fully understanding who they are or what they truly want. Through mentoring, I want to bridge this gap — to provide clarity where there is confusion, confidence where there is self-doubt, and direction where there is uncertainty. Through mentoring, I want to help youth develop a strong internal belief system.
