Ryan Gan is a seasoned commercial and financial leader with over 24 years of impactful experience. His distinguished career includes serving as Supervisory Board Director for several China joint venture companies and holding progressive roles such as Head of Shared Services Centre (SSC), Global Reporting & Statutory, APAC Financial Reporting, Asia Solar Cells Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Finance Malaysia, and auditing with a Big Four accounting firm. Ryan excels in managing investor relations, joint venture and investment evaluations, financing, plant start-ups, acquisitions, liquidations, corporate cost improvements, and turnaround projects. His leadership style emphasizes the value of people as key assets to corporate success. Recognizing the critical importance of Industry 4.0, Ryan has been instrumental in driving his team's innovation journey through Robotic Process Automation and Business Analytics. Committed to advancing technological knowledge, Ryan has sponsored globally acclaimed projects on Knowledge Management and New Employee Onboarding. His vision is to establish his organization as a partner of choice by setting the standard for world-class services. Ryan holds a Master’s in Psychology and an Honors Accounting Degree from Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia, an ASEAN CPA, and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Recently, Ryan became an Affiliate Member of the American Psychological Association. As a strong advocate for renewable energy and environmental sustainability, he actively promotes practices to safeguard the future for the next generations.
