25 years (12 years in education sector and 13 years in industry/corporate) working experience ranging from marketing & recruitment, academic compliance, quality assurance & ISO9001:2008, corporate communication & branding, project management, training & development, managing young talent and profiling. My passion in developing talent across generation. Currently, I'm a HR Consultant, Coach and a Trainer. I’m also Adjunct Lecturer at University Technology Petronas (UTP). I'm a certified Trainer (TTT), Lead Auditor ISO9001:2008, Talent assessor and Certified Career Coach. My specialization: Career Coach, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, HR Development, Knowledge Management and Graduate Employability (GE) initiatives.
The impact I want to make
In our current, precipitously evolving world, there are many young people who may feel alone or lost in their pursuit of goals and personal excellence. Adaptability is the key. I believe coaching and mentoring skills, active listening, asking the right questions, and leading/guiding my mentee in the right direction to achieve their goals (short-mid-long) are essential. I believe I can be a positive influence on my mentees' lives to create a meaningful life journey to success.
