The impact I want to make
1. To be a sounding board for graduates/young working adults in navigating challenges in workplace - be it performance, work ethics, relationship building so they can be the best version of themselves. 2. Also, a space for mentees to bounce off ideas and supporting them to materialize the ideas at their respective industry/work environment as I do have experiences in introducing new product to Malaysia or developing new business model. 3. Lastly, also to share my own growth journey and little nuggets of wisdom in doing life in general.
