To me, Talent Acquisition is beyond Recruitment and Recruitment is beyond cold-calling & interviews. I aspire to bring HR and recruitment closer to the business, via talent advisory, partnership, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. In my previous roles, I connected the businesses and leaders to external partners such as universities, NGOs, professional bodies, and start-ups. Creating a win-win situation for my stakeholders is my key priority - it fuels my motivation and creativity to do things differently.
