With over two decades of dedicated experience in the field of Education and Law, I have witnessed a transformative journey within the education sector. Having commenced my career in 2001, the predominant emphasis was on teaching; however, the landscape has evolved significantly to encompass research as an integral component of the industry. To adapt and thrive in this evolving environment, I committed myself to acquiring new skills and knowledge. As a result, I have actively engaged in research endeavors, contributing to esteemed journals and co-authoring books on specialized topics, such as "Law for Business" (3rd ed. 2022) and "The Future of the Law of Contract." Today the trend is AI. As a seasoned trainer and facilitator, I have imparted valuable wisdom to both adults and teenagers, focusing on subjects ranging from the Law of Attraction to time management and goal setting. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training programs to executives, senior executives, managers, and directors in the realms of commercial law, contract law, and company law. in 2023, as AI took the world by storm, I successfully trained over 100 colleagues in the use of GenAI in their work, be it teaching, learning or administrative duties. Throughout my professional journey, I have harnessed invaluable insights that have empowered me to transition seamlessly into new roles, whether formally appointed or undertaken informally. While not holding official leadership positions, I have led and inspired numerous colleagues towards positive transformations, enhancing the quality of their work and overall job satisfaction.
