Tarminder is a Digital Operations Manager under the APAC Digital Office of Herbalife. He is part of the APAC Digital Office team with the mandate to drive digital transformation across the APAC Region. This includes commercial realization, streaming of the Application Landscape across APAC and digital product implementation for the APAC Region. Tarminder has more than 12 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, project management and business transformation across a wide range of industries. His professional forte includes Project Management, Strategy Development, Business Transformation and Innovation. Tarminder holds multiple academic credentials. He holds a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance from Sunway University, MBA from Birmingham City University, CIMA as well as a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and certified PRINCE2 Agile Project Manager. Outside of his professional domain, Tarminder is passionate about training and developing others. He has been a guest speaker for numerous organizations and bodies (e.g. PMI Malaysia), covering technical topics as well as soft skills topics. He is also a mentor and has mentored several university students to support them in defining their career of choice. Tarminder is a strong believer that every individual can realize his/her potential with the right guidance and attitude.
