As a mentor, I strive to empower my mentees, helping them achieve their full potential and reach their goals. I ask provocative questions to reframe their thinking, maximise their creativity, and challenge them to generate new ideas and perspectives. With my 14 years of experience in design, I can provide comprehensive resources and guidance to help my mentees improve their skills or land a job. To keep my mentee accountable on their journey, I use the 5A framework (A safe space, Agreement, Awareness, Action, Accountability) to set a session goal and track progress over time.
