Over 11 years of experience ranging from renowned management consulting firms (Accenture & EY), low cost & full-service airlines (AirAsia X & MAS), fast-growing technology startups (iFlix) as well as founding, running and scaling my own technology ventures. Built my first venture in 2015 (Jogo) and exited in 2017 before moving on to my second venture (Yellow Porter) in which I have transitioned from a few Power Point slides and Excel sheets to the RM 8mil valued company it is today within 2 years. Was selected by The Edge Malaysia as one of the top 10 entrepreneurs to watch for in 2019. Some of the current key responsibilities include stakeholders management ranging from existing and potential investors (angels, government arms and venture capitals) and regulatory bodies to ensure all operational procedures are in adherence. Identifying and executing key strategic partnerships in the existing markets and interacting with media for press coverage be it article write-ups well as live interviews for both radio and television as the face of the Yellow Porter brand. Introduced and tracked various financial and operational metrics in AirAsia X which assisted the Senior Management team to base their decisions on. Regards analytics and data as a vital asset of any company and most decisions and partnerships in Yellow Porter are driven by the operational and financial performance metrics. A hands-on person with regards to operations obtained by the experience of leading the Integrated Operations Centre for AirAsia X which is 24 hours department in charge of the entire airline's operations and running the operations as a 1-man team for Yellow Porter at the point of inception.
