How do I find the one thing I am good at and pursue at that direction when there are so many options and things happening around

Hi! My name is Victor. I am a very dynamic person and my background is in Accounting & Finance. I am passionate about digital marketing and social media marketing. I am currently in recruitment. Do you think I should pursue my passion of joining a firm that embodies digitization or go with the safe route of being in the Financial Services industry? I am on a crossroad. Would appreciate your advise as I feel strongly that I would be a good fit in firms like Google, Maxis, Digi or Axiata where the environment is dynamic and we are constantly challenged to learn and grow.

Suppose we're doing something and failing in it constantly, at what point should we stop to persist and give up wasting time? Or shall we continue doing what we started?
