Our mentors on FutureLab are passionate in sharing their experience with anyone looking for help. Whether that be a student or fresh gradaute trying to figure out what to do after university or even what degree they should pursue. For aspiring entrepreneurs, you can connect to our mentors that are entrepreneurs themselves to understand their journey and their experience.
We don’t keep track of time, the duration of the sessions is dependent on you and the mentor.
We interview all our mentors to make sure that they are who they say they are, we also conduct a role play with them to see how they would answer questions from students and young professionals between the ages of 17 to 26.
FutureLab aims to close the knowledge gap through digital mentorship and upskilling/networking events.

Previously, sessions were charged since we wanted to make sure mentees booking our mentors will show up. When we first started, all sessions were free however, mentees started booking multiple mentors at one time (4 - 10 sessions) over a period of a month and did not show up, leaving the mentors pretty angry and irritated. This was when we decided to put a small fee to ensure mentees show up, this money was not used for FutureLab but donated to our education initiatives.
If you would like to give back to the community and share your knowledge, FutureLab is the right place for you. FutureLab was created to ensure that.
