Hi there! Let me introduce myself.

Driven by the joy of sparking connections and making meaningful impact, Oga has spent 8 years in community building and talent development with various organizations such as Teach For Malaysia, Think City, Axiata Foundation and now 1337 Ventures. Her role at 1337 now is to build an academy that will nurture entrepreneurs for impact in SEA. She also founded a few initiatives: Kelip-Kelip, Artisan Market and The Village School and co-founded Give.my.
The last book she read is “The Self-made Billionaire Effect: How Extreme Producers Create Massive Value” by John Sviokla and Mitch Cohen.

The CSR arm of Axiata Group Berhad is dedicated to our nation building, developing future CEOs of Malaysia.
-Developed and managed Axiata Young Talent Programme’s (AYTP) soft-skill and community workshops, assessment centres and assessor training modules for the School Leadership Development Programme, University Leadership Development Programme and Young CEO Development Programme.
-Pioneered and managed end-to-end the School Leadership Development Programme Benchmarking Assessment with collection of soft skills data from 120 best talents of Malaysia.
Introduced 10 new partners that enhanced the delivery of programmes and its impact trail.
-Led screening of more than 4000 applicants into the University Leadership Development Programme and coached more than 40 participants that led to breakthroughs.
-Introduced concept of Radical Candor to the department for enhanced team performance.

Subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad dedicated to urban rejuvenation via ground-up community transformation.

-Activated the 112-year old building as a community centre for arts, heritage and culture through space improvements, SOPs and programmes in the heart of George Town, Penang and trained a space manager to takeover building management.
-Pioneered a venue booking system that increased bookings by 13 folds, and propelled social media following by 91% within a year with an average reach of 24k netizens per month.
-Developed partnership with local and international organizations, engaged with local traditional and contemporary artisans that brought a total of 158 arts, heritage and culture related events with 7006 visitors within a year.
-Developed and managed the Artisan Market programme that supported more than 20 local artisans and engaged 1265 people through monthly workshops and experiential markets to increase accessibility and interest of the community towards Penang’s sunset crafts.

Mentored and coached a team of 26 fellows, with 100% retention and 80% fellow satisfaction rate.
Developed a network of partnerships and collaborations within the Northern region that contributed towards greater student impact and out-reach of the movement.
Developed and executed support programmes and activities with 90% satisfaction rate.
Founded and led Kelip-Kelip, a monthly social impact talk platform that hosted 17 events, 51 adult and children speakers, as well as more than 700 attendees since 2015. The platform was initiated as a space for Penangites and teachers to be inspired, connect and explore collaboration and has more than 1000 followers today.

-Developed and delivered teaching and extra-curricular content that increased low SES students’ academic results by an average of 16% a year, where 13 students scored A’s in 2013 as opposed to none in 2011, went on more than 20 exposure trips to universities, community service experience, career destinations and competitions which includes a trip to Australia- outcomes of collaborative relationship with students, the school and the community.
-Built a following of 1000+ people and raised about RM34,000 to fund teaching and learning materials as well as learning trips for students-outcomes of strategic planning, use of social media, crowd sourcing, as well as collaborative effort with students and multiple invested partners.
