Hi there! Let me introduce myself.

Hello! Now Everyone Can Fly. It's my fourth year with the World's Best Low-Cost Airline 8 Years in a row! I love engaging with people. I'm currently on my 5th portfolio with AirAsia - Regional Corporate Culture. My previous portfolios include Regional Ancillary Income, Regional Marketing (supporting India and Philippines), and Regional Partnership and Business Development. I was part of the working commitee that organised AirAsia's first ever regional hackathon - AirAsia AIRVOLUTION 2017 which was hosted in AirAsia's global headquarters, RedQ and saw the participation of approx. 100 participants across 9 countries.

Before taking a leap of faith into the world of aviation, I was a college drop out (no kidding!) turned accidental entrepreneur. I ventured into the paintball industry (an extreme sport); started the business with an initial capital of MYR60K with two partners, thereafter achieving an average annual revenue of MYR4million with less than 10 employees.

1) Projects:
- I handled an online project which resulted in additional annual revenue of over MYR80million to the AirAsia Group
- I was tasked to execute a collaboration with Touristly (online platform providing on-ground travel activities for AirAsia guests who get re-directed to a co-branded page via AirAsia channels), which Tune Labs (an incubator and accelerator) made a strategic investment
- Part of the team that handled the LINE Special Deals Program with AirAsia - to test market potential by enabling native flight booking within LINE app.
- Part of the team that performed UATs for ROKKI, AirAsia's onboard Wi-Fi portal that offers in-flight entertainment and connectivity
- I was part of the working committee that organised AirAsia's first-ever regional hackathon - The AirAsia AIRVOLUTION 2017 which was hosted in AirAsia's global headquarters, RedQ and saw the participation of approximately 100 participants from 9 countries
- Other Private and Confidential projects which will be launched by Year 2017 (will share once it's rolled out)

2) Job Description:
- Conduct regular WIPs and track WIPs of all Project Partnerships Executives on a weekly basis
- Ensure regular traction on AOCs and Overseas Market strategic partnership campaigns
- Develop, manage, and roll out Partnerships’ projects within approved timelines and budgets with respective project teams, including Commercial project owners, ICT and external parties
- Maintain WIP reports for each project to ensure every deliverable is tracked and met accordingly
- Identify digital contacts at partner organizations and host regular calls to discuss and coordinate digital strategy
- Manage the strategy for engaging Partnership supporters through AirAsia digital channels
- Create, share, and promote digital content for all Partnership activities including but not limited to, report releases, ad releases, and national and local events
