Hi there! Let me introduce myself.

Leo graduated from International Medical University (IMU) and started his career with Hewlett Packard in Retail Account Management and subsequently Marketing Management for Printing Group & Personal Systems Group right after his internship.

During his tenure as Account Manager and Market Development Manager, he developed skills in the area of business development, business strategy, strategic marketing alliances with various industry leaders like Microsoft & Intel. He joined various SMEs and startups to further develop his skills in the area of business development for niche products like Swiss brand electric appliances in Malaysia and Singapore.

He worked in various industry from Consumer Electrics to Loyalty Marketing in AirAsia BIG to Business Development for Vjob, a home grown recruitment company specialises in video recruitment among MNCs and mid-Market corporations.

Leo is also a PADI Open Water Instructor and Tec diver. His exposure to international market gives rise to his charismatic personality in dealing with people from all walks of life thus earning him the title Connecting Sensei for HerPortal. He believes in supporting business collaborations and working together to achieve more. Currently, he founded TraitQuest a Performance management system focusing HR industry.
