Recruiting Business Partner of major business units of Oracle inclusive of
• APAC Oracle Digital Hub, Kuala Lumpur
• ASEAN Technology Line
• ASEAN Sales Consulting of IAAS Architecture
• APAC Strategy & Operation
Area of Responsibilities:
• To identify and recruit top talent for Oracle.
• Strategize and recommend specific targeted approaches for strategic search and volume recruitment projects.
• Drive end to end hiring process by partnering with the Business Leaders, Hiring Teams, Compensation, local HR in the region
• Act as the Talent Consultant to the hiring teams on the latest development of talent movement within the industry.
• To lead the salary negotiation discussions with the candidate by working closely with Total Rewards team.
• Act as an Ambassador of Oracle in continuing delivering the right corporate messages to the external candidates.
• Prepare accurate reports and data for operational analysis as part of the recruitment function value proposition via Recruiting systems Taleo.
