21 years (12 years in education sector and 9 years in industry/corporate) working experience ranging from marketing & recruitment, academic compliance & ISO9001:2008, corporate communication & branding, project management, training & development, managing young talent and profiling. I'm certified ISO9001:2008 lead auditor, certified Trainer (TTT), certified coach and certified assessor (talent profiling).
Currently, I'm a HR Consultant, Coach and a Trainer. I’m also Adjunct Lecturer at University Technology Petronas (UTP).
